About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations candidate to join our Central B2B team. In this role, you will support business operations across Corporate Client Onboarding, MICE, and FnB Sales Operations, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional client experience. This role offers an opportunity to work on cross-functional projects while building a strong foundation in business operations and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new corporate clients by creating client profiles, validating KYC documents, and ensuring accurate data management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and first-booking experience for new clients.
- Track and manage MICE enquiries by coordinating with Sales, City Teams, and Hotels, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to improve conversions.
- Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage client operational requests, including profile updates, hotel blacklisting, and other account-related activities.
- Collect and track customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the client experience.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, maintain high data accuracy, and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging AI tools wherever applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and operational projects.
- Take ownership of ad hoc assignments and special projects assigned by the Central B2B leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- AI-aware mindset with an interest in improving processes through technology.
