Sr. Manager – Sales & Revenue Operations (Reports to Global Head of Sales - San Jose)
Role Summary:
We’re hiring a highly hands-on Sales Operations Sr. Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end quote to revenue realization process for our rapidly scaling Physical AI business. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance and Operations, ensuring customer pipeline tracking, customer order execution &fulfillment, and conversion into revenue, without leakage from pricing, process or execution gaps.
Support the global sales organization across the Americas, Europe, India, and APAC by coordinating quote generation, pricing support, forecasting activities, Salesforce CRM management, pipeline reporting, and operational follow-through. Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, opportunity accuracy, reporting, and forecasting visibility while supporting sales leadership with dashboards, QBR preparation, backlog reporting, and operational analytics. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on invoicing, billing alignment, forecast & revenue tracking and reconciliation activities. Support order management functions including tracking customer orders, delivery schedules, sample/dev kit requests, and shipment status updates. Drive scalable and standardized sales operations processes, including approval workflows, quoting procedures, and operational reporting across regions.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and external Salesforce support resources to implement best practices, improve operational efficiency and customer responsiveness. You will act as the single-threaded owner of revenue realization, bringing operational rigor, visibility, and accountability across the entire quote to the revenue cycle in a fast-growing, global environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to support customer onboarding and maintain accurate pipeline visibility
- Own tracking and reconciliation of bookings, backlog, shipments and revenue
- Ensure customer orders are clean, compliant and executable (pricing, configuration, lead times and commercial terms)
- Manage order exceptions, holds, and escalations across Sales, Finance & Operations
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings and revenue
- Partner closely with Finance on forecasting, revenue reconciliation, and month end close processes
- Drive process improvements across quote to cash to increase efficiency, accuracy and scalability
- Partner cross functionally for ERP system evaluation and implementation
Experience And Expertise Areas:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Administration, or related operational support roles. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on functional leadership experience in Sales & Revenue Operations, including ownership of operational strategy, execution, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue realization processes
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and follow-through skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Experience in industries that combine both semiconductor products and software services
- Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

The Annual salary for this position ranges from $195,000 to $235,000. The actual annual salary offered will depend on several factors, including - among others - job-related skills, experience, technical expertise, qualifications, work location, and business needs. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for private company equity, and a comprehensive package of employee benefits. Please note that the salary ranges listed for U.S. roles reflect base salary only and do not include equity or other forms of compensation.
