Role Summary
CloudNuro is hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Professional to drive demand generation, build and optimize web properties and landing pages, run multi-channel marketing campaigns, and generate qualified marketing leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for CloudNuro’s B2B SaaS, Cloud Management, FinOps, and AI Governance platform. This is a hands-on, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad that blends web development, campaign execution, and marketing operations — ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, data-driven, and eager to grow demand and pipeline in enterprise SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, build, and optimize landing pages, microsites, and web properties using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS/landing-page builders (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot).
• Design and execute multi-channel demand-generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and content syndication.
• Generate, nurture, and qualify MQLs and SQLs; manage lead scoring, routing, and clean hand-off to the sales team.
• Set up and manage marketing automation, email workflows, forms, and campaign tracking (UTMs, pixels, GA4, conversion events).
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and creatives to continuously improve conversion and engagement rates.
• Manage on-page and technical SEO basics, keyword research, and content optimization to grow organic traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance — traffic, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, cost-per-lead, and pipeline contribution.
• Learn CloudNuro’s value proposition across SaaS optimization, cloud cost management, and AI spend governance, and translate it into compelling messaging.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design to align on ICP, messaging, and overall GTM strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM and marketing-automation records for accounts, contacts, campaigns, and attribution.
Required Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in GTM, growth, digital marketing, or demand generation — ideally for B2B SaaS or technology products.
• Hands-on web development skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus experience with CMS or landing-page builders (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Unbounce).
• Proven track record of running campaigns and generating MQLs and SQLs across email, LinkedIn, paid, and organic channels.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and conversion-rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and interest in SaaS, cloud, AI, FinOps, or enterprise technology.
Success Measures
• Volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs generated (including MQL-to-SQL conversion).
• Campaign performance — traffic, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
• Landing page and website conversion improvements.
• Pipeline and revenue influenced or contributed.
• Organic traffic and keyword ranking growth.
