Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Compensation: $200,000 to $250,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:

Drive strategic, operational, and financial transformation across a growth-oriented business

Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, banking relationships, and insurance/risk management

Implement process improvements

Lead and develop the team (10 - 12 in accounting/finance)

Partner directly with CEO and board to guide business decisions

Play a key role in ERP implementation, cross-functional engagement, and continuous process optimization
Requirements of the Chief Financial Officer:

Experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a growing business, ideally with $50M+ revenue
