WorkLink Staffing is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Cambria County business to support the financial operations and strategic growth of a growing company. This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with high-level financial planning and operational strategy.The CFO will oversee the company’s financial health, provide leadership with actionable insights, and help guide long-term growth initiatives. This individual will report directly to the COO and company ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain accurate Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
- Coordinate and prepare company tax filings and work with outside tax professionals as needed
- Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Deliver financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support company growth
- Monitor company financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Assist with accounts payable processing as needed
- Supervise one direct report responsible primarily for Accounts Payable functions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and financial management experience required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and supporting business strategy
- CPA preferred but not required.
