Job Summary
• Experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud).
• Strong experience in solution architecture, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee and guide the technical aspects of Salesforce solution development and implementation.
• Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals to optimize the Salesforce platform for organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:
• Pricing
• Quoting
• Contracts
• Billing
• Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including:
• Product Rules
• Price Rules
• Quote Templates
• Contract Generation
• Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on knowledge of third-party applications integrating with CPQ, including:
• DocuSign
• S-Docs
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ.
• Configure and customize CPQ features, including:
• Product Configuration
• Pricing Rules
• Product Rules
• Quote Templates
• Approvals
• Develop custom functionality using:
• Apex (Triggers, Classes)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work on the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract and billing processes.
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including:

• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate solution benefits and risks.
