Role Description
Stone Graphic and Web Design is seeking a Volunteer Sales Operations Intern to join our team in a remote, 10-15 hours per week position. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, client relations, and business administration within a growing marketing agency.
The intern will support the day-to-day operations of the sales team by responding to emails, scheduling client meetings, managing calendar bookings, organizing sales records, updating CRM data, tracking leads, and assisting with client follow-ups. You'll also help prepare sales reports, maintain organized documentation, and support workflow improvements that keep the team running efficiently.
This position offers valuable real-world experience working closely with agency leadership while developing skills in sales operations, customer service, organization, and business communications.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
