A well-established, growth-minded organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive to shape financial strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.
The Mandate
The CFO will own the full finance function — from financial strategy and capital planning to reporting integrity and team leadership — while playing an active role in shaping the company's next phase of growth.
Core Priorities
- Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board of Directors
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
- Lead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and investor/stakeholder relations
- Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, controls, and compliance across the organization
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting organization
- Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to drive business performance
- Serve as the primary financial voice in board meetings and strategic planning sessions
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive experience
- Proven track record building financial strategy and infrastructure within a growing organization
- Strong background in financial reporting, capital planning, and board-level communication
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence
