Salary Range: $250,000 - $320,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Potential

Key Responsibilities of the CFO
- Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning functions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team on business planning, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
- Provide leadership for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting and finance teams.
- Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, automation initiatives, and organizational efficiencies.
- Maintain strong internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead relationships with external auditors, banking partners, insurance regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities including acquisitions, investments, and business expansion initiatives.
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, ownership, and board-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Of The CFO
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or Divisional Finance Leader.
- Insurance industry experience required
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience with strategic planning, financial leadership, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
