About the Program
Our Graduate Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist Program has been designed to develop the next generation of commercial operations leaders. The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry.
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is one of the fastest-growing disciplines within modern technology businesses. It brings together Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Data Science to ensure that commercial decisions are driven by high-quality data, efficient processes and intelligent automation.
Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live commercial projects and develop the analytical, technical and commercial skills needed to build an outstanding career.
You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Revenue Operations
- Commercial Analytics
- HubSpot CRM & Automation
- Sales & Marketing Operations
- AI & Process Improvement
During your program, you will work with Marketing, Sales, Product and Data Science teams to improve how millions of pounds of revenue flow through our business, helping to optimise the systems, processes and data that drive commercial performance.
This structured journey ensures you gain end-to-end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to become a Revenue Operations Specialist within TEG.

This program is designed for exceptional graduates with an outstanding academic record. To be considered, applicants must have:
- A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be completing a postgraduate qualification following a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
- A minimum of As at A-Levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Applications that do not meet these minimum academic requirements will not be progressed.
Languages (desirable): English plus one of: Romanian, German, Spanish, French, or Polish.
