The Revenue Operations Coordinator plays an essential supporting role in maintaining Generis' commercial systems and helping ensure our sales, marketing, and event teams work with accurate and reliable data. Working under the guidance of the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, this position assists with day-to-day Salesforce tasks, data hygiene, basic reporting, and user support across integrated tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Dialpad.
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Richmond/Bathurst)
Work Arrangement: First 90 days will be 100% in office. Work-from-home flexibility up to 4 days each month following the initial 90 day period based on performance in good standing.
Reports To: Senior Revenue Operations Manager
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce support or sales operations.
- Foundational/working knowledge of Salesforce core features (user setups, basic reports/dashboards, list views, and data entry).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for basic data sorting, formatting, and analysis.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead lifecycles, and opportunity management.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving initiative, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong eagerness to learn revenue operations, CRM architecture, and automation.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Salesforce Certified Associate or working toward a Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Prior exposure to tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Dialpad, or similar B2B tech platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce flows, integrations, or workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce & CRM Administration
- Assist with basic user administration (account setup, standard permissions, and password resets).
- Perform routine data hygiene tasks including deduplication, record updates, and simple imports/exports.
- Help create and maintain basic reports, list views, and dashboards for internal teams.
- Assist senior team members in testing minor field updates and simple workflow updates.
2. Revenue Operations Support & Reporting
- Help compile daily and weekly activity tracking logs, cross-referencing activity across Dialpad and Google Meet.
- Serve as first-line support for routine RevOps tickets and requests (e.g., lead visibility, basic report updates, logging issues).
- Escalate complex pipeline or technical discrepancies to the Senior RevOps Manager.
3. Tech Stack & Integration Support
- Monitor basic data syncs between Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Dialpad to flag obvious errors.
- Assist in conducting user validation testing when new fields or basic integrations are deployed.
4. Onboarding, Access, and Enablement
- Create user accounts across tech stack managing permissions and license assignments.
- Provide “first line” system guidance and troubleshooting for new and existing users, escalating complex queries to Senior RevOps Manager.
- Reinforce process adherence across teams and proper CRM use to maintain data integrity.
5. Documentation and Knowledge Base
- Help document common support procedures, standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and field definitions.
- Assist in maintaining an up-to-date internal knowledge base for end-users.
- Participate in ongoing data standardization and clean-up efforts.
6. Project Support and Continuous Improvement
- Support system improvement projects by handling configuration testing, data validation, and documentation.
- Identify small process optimizations to reduce manual entry and improve usability across departments.
- Participate in new technology evaluations and assist with rollout testing and feedback collection.
