Role Description The Associate, National Sales Operations is a full-time hybrid role responsible for supporting national sales efforts and optimizing sales processes. This role involves managing lead intake, qualifying prospects, and coordinating follow-up activities to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to ongoing client relationships. The associate will assist in preparing sales presentations and materials, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and tracking performance metrics for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales representatives and operations staff, responding to inquiries from prospective clients, and providing timely information to support the sales cycle. The role also supports continuous improvement of sales workflows and contributes to a consistent, client-centered experience across all regions.
The Team
This role reports directly to the VP, Head of National Sales, under the sales function at Sill Holdings Group.

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and Communication skills to effectively support and convey Sill’s value proposition.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to identify new opportunities and deliver responsive, client-focused support.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and Communication skills to maintain accurate records and foster long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; experience in insurance, claims, or professional services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$95,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
