Chief Revenue Officer | Semiconductor IP | GPU | CPU | Global | UK / Europe
Obsidian Black is partnering with a globally recognised technology business to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Commercial Officer
This is a newly created UK based role, reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for leading the company's global growth strategy
As we all know the title you currently hold isn't actually important. You may already be a Chief Revenue Officer, or you may currently be operating at VP, SVP or Global Sales Director
What is essential is the experience you have and that you're already established within the semiconductor ecosystem .
As so you'll have built long standing relationships across the industry and have genuine experience owning a commercial function end to end as the leader. The company are moving into scale up phase so you maybe in an environment with a bigger team / budget etc currently but not quite have the board level impact and responsibility. With this role you are Top of the chain and have extensive freedom
This is a global remit covering the US, Europe and APAC, including a team in China.
You'll inherit an experienced international commercial organisation, including an established team in China, so previous experience working successfully across these markets is important
As Chief Revenue Officer Chief Commercial Officer you'll be responsible for defining and executing commercial strategy, strengthening strategic customer relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and working closely with an exceptionally experienced executive leadership team
In return, you'll join a business with world-class technology, a respected global brand, an outstanding engineering heritage and have the opportunity to make a significant impact at executive level.
Industry experience is an absolute must as is the ability to sit on the Exec / leadership team
Package is negotiable, expecting circa £250-300k+ base, large bonus, full exec package and impact. You can be based UK, Europe or US
I'd be pleased to have a confidential conversation, as always
