This role exists to give Cuttable's revenue leadership fast, trustworthy data to make better, faster calls on performance, new initiatives, and market entry. You'll own the operational backbone of the revenue engine — HubSpot as our system of record, the Pipeline & Forecast Governance system, and the reporting that lets the Head of Revenue and Sales Leaders run the business with real data across both our Australia and US Sales teams. The systems work matters because of the decisions it enables — this is not a keep-HubSpot-tidy role.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own HubSpot as Cuttable's single source of truth across AU and US
- Own pipeline and forecast governance so the forecast reflects reality
- Build and maintain the core GTM reporting suite
You'll inherit a working setup — HubSpot, a Tinybird-powered reporting layer, and an established forecast cadence — not a greenfield build. Expect much of your first 90 days to be auditing, cleaning up, and hardening what exists.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns:
- HubSpot as Cuttable's single source of truth: system architecture, custom objects and fields, workflows, integrations, and permissions, across both the AU and US Sales motions.
- The Pipeline & Forecast Governance system: stage definitions and exit criteria, deal aging and recycling rules, pipeline coverage standards, CRM hygiene standards, and forecast/commit logic, so the forecast reflects reality rather than optimism.
- The core GTM reporting suite: the real-time Revenue Dashboard, the daily Pipeline Dashboard, the weekly Forecast Accuracy Dashboard, and the weekly SDR performance report, built and maintained so the Head of Revenue, COO, Finance and Sales Leadership can run the business without chasing data.
- Data integrity across the GTM tech stack, partnering closely with Engineering to build and maintain our Tinybird-powered reporting layer on top of HubSpot data.
- The monthly win/loss analysis process alongside the Head of Revenue, turning closed deals into concrete changes to ICP, pricing, and sales process.
Drives:
- The weekly forecast submission cadence (AE → Sales Leadership → Head of Revenue), ensuring the process and tooling behind it holds up under real pressure, not just in theory.
- Sales process design and continuous improvement — lead routing and MQL definitions (partnering with the Head of Marketing as a key stakeholder), SDR → AE handoffs, and Sales/CS handoffs — accounting for the real differences between how the AU and US teams sell.
- Operational input into territory design and rep capacity planning as the Sales team scales across both markets.
- Documentation, training, and enablement on CRM processes, field definitions, and reporting standards, and rolling out new tracking as the business evolves.
- Sales compensation plan mechanics — owning the calculation logic and ensuring HubSpot and reporting correctly reflect how commission plans are structured. Comp plan design and decisions sit with the Head of Revenue and COO.
Supports:
- Ad hoc analysis requests from the Head of Revenue and CEO, including input into the monthly Full GTM Performance Report used for board reporting.
- Cross-functional projects that need GTM data input from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally in SaaS.
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot administration experience — custom objects, calculated properties, workflow automation, and integrations, not just day-to-day CRM usage.
- Comfortable partnering with Engineering on data infrastructure (e.g. Tinybird or an equivalent modern data stack), and strong enough with SQL to investigate a data question independently.
- A track record of owning forecasting cadences and pipeline governance that sales leaders actually trust.
- Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions (ideally US and AU/APAC), and the nuance that comes with it — time zones, currency, and locally appropriate process.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills — as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports, you'll drive process change through credibility and relationships, modelling good practice for others rather than mandating it.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup — you build the process that doesn't exist yet, rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
Working Conditions:
- Based in Melbourne (flexible hybrid, with in-person collaboration encouraged)
