About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst connects CRM data, go-to-market systems, and business processes to give sales, marketing, and customer teams reliable operating insight.
The role will improve funnel visibility, automate recurring workflows, and translate pipeline and revenue data into decisions that improve forecasting, conversion, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own reporting and analysis across Salesforce, marketing automation, billing, and customer success systems; define consistent metrics and data standards
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI covering pipeline, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, retention, and quota attainment
- Audit CRM data quality, identify process gaps, and implement validation rules, enrichment workflows, and documentation
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to map processes, define requirements, and deliver scalable operational improvements
- Automate recurring reporting and workflows using SQL, spreadsheet models, and tools such as Salesforce Flow, Workato, or Zapier
- Support territory planning, lead routing, compensation analysis, and forecasting with accurate data and clear recommendations
- Track project milestones and communicate findings, risks, and measurable business impact to revenue leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including reporting, data management, and workflow configuration
- Strong SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; able to query, transform, reconcile, and interpret operational data
- Experience building executive-ready dashboards and KPI definitions in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI platforms
- Understanding of B2B revenue processes, including lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and quota planning
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, analytics, or a related field; Bonus: experience with dbt, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, Clari, Workato, or Python
