About the Role
You'll work closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver data-driven recommendations. You'll transform operational data into meaningful insights, support strategic initiatives, and help improve business efficiency through analytics and process optimization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business operations and performance metrics
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI/Tableau
- Gather business requirements and document processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Support KPI tracking and operational reporting
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in Business Operations or Business Analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and process improvement
- SQL experience is a plus
