- To provide timely and accurate information to the management relating to financial.
- Management of day-to-day Fund Flow
- To ensure the compliance of all statutory requirements vis-a-vis finance and accounts and its constituents
- Annual Budgeting: Monitor the efficacy of the budgetary system for effective management of financial resources
- Monitor on a continuous basis the accounting policies and procedures and its constituents and verify their appropriateness and accuracy
To support the internal auditors in designing, implementing, monitoring and modifying the internal audit system, in prior consultation with the Management.
To monitor, support, supervise and prepare the final accounts and all its institutions & constituents to peruse audit thereof and to collate the same for presentation to management as per the statutory requirements.
To prepare the capital Expenditure and revenue budgets and monitor capital expenses and its constituents and reports variances to the management.
To liaise with statutory authorities, governments and University Grants Commission including the office of the Deputy Director of Education to ensure smooth and timely inflow of funds for the aided educational institutes.
To support the treasurer in day-to-day functioning of the financial affairs.
To build a team of accounting and financial officers and its constituents through appropriate training / motivation with a view to professionalise the finance / accounts related activities and its constituents.
To Oversee Direct and indirect taxation relating to Trust (Educational Institution) operations.
Fund planning and liaise with financial institutions for funding the projects.
