Position: Revenue Operations Lead

Our client is a Sequoia-backed technology startup building a no-code automation and AI-powered matter management platform for in-house legal teams. With approximately 70 employees across the United States, Australia, and Asia, they offer a high-performing, collaborative, and fast-paced culture.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to build and scale its go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This highly visible, cross-functional role will focus on improving systems, building scalable processes, managing the GTM technology stack, and using data to drive measurable business results.
You will report directly to the Director of Finance and work closely with senior leadership, Finance, and GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and improve GTM systems, processes, and playbooks
• Own and optimize the GTM technology stack
• Build automations and use AI to streamline workflows
• Analyze revenue data to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, compensation plans, and reporting
• Lead strategic projects across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Document workflows, rules of engagement, and operating processes
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing on seller enablement
• Manage technology evaluations, acquisitions, and renewals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue activity reporting
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s ideal customers and their challenges
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related strategic operations role
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience is required
• Proven experience building processes and delivering measurable results
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, GTM technology, and automation
• Familiarity with current AI tools and AI-powered workflows
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing startup environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and highly accountable
