GTM / Full-Stack Marketer – ERP & Enterprise Software (Hyderabad)
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hitech City, Kondapur)
Work Hours:US time zones
We're hiring a full-stack marketer to take an ERP implementation service to market.
The service is GROW Fast, a faster, fixed-price way for growing companies in the US and Canada to move onto SAP's cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition), without the cost and delay of a full-scale implementation. Mid-market companies need modern ERP, but full implementations are usually slow, expensive, and unpredictable ,GROW Fast is built to take that risk off the table with fixed scope, fixed price, and a fixed timeline.
We're standing up the practice now, and we need someone who can own the entire go-to-market, not execute a plan we hand them, but tell us what the plan should be.
This is a role for someone with a point of view. You'll decide what we do, what we don't, and why.
What you'll own
- The go-to-market strategy for GROW Fast: positioning, messaging, segmentation, and channel mix — the direction, not just the delivery
- Demand generation end to end, from content and campaigns to a qualified pipeline sales can close
- Translating a technical implementation service into a commercial story a mid-market buyer acts on
- Sales enablement: the assets, case studies, and battlecards the sales and presales teams sell with
- The metrics that matter — building the funnel, reading it, and knowing which levers to pull
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in B2B marketing or go-to-market, with a track record of taking a product or service to market from the front
- Full-stack range: you can set strategy and produce the work — positioning, content, campaigns, and enablement — without a big team behind you
- Real conviction: you can look at a plan and say what will work, what won't, and what's a waste of money, because you've seen it play out before
- The judgment to prioritize hard — to kill good-but-not-great ideas and protect the few that matter
- Deep experience marketing ERP or enterprise software. SAP is ideal; strong ERP experience elsewhere (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor) is equally welcome — domain fluency matters more than the specific badge
