Position Overview
The Deal Desk & Pricing Lead owns the commercial backbone of the revenue engine. This role manages the deal desk function for non-standard, complex, and strategic transactions, leads pricing strategy and execution across the product portfolio, and ensures every significant deal is structured for profitability, growth, and revenue quality.
In an AI infrastructure environment, this role is especially focused on the economics of large strategic contracts: deal structuring, OEM cost flow-through, margin discipline on multi-year commitments, and pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with financial discipline.
This is the foundational deal desk and pricing role in Revenue Operations, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations with cross-functional partnership across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Legal, Finance, and the broader leadership team.

- Manage approval workflows for discounts, contract structures, custom pricing, and strategic customer investments
- Build frameworks that balance growth, competitiveness, and financial discipline

Deal Economics Reporting
- Produce executive-ready reporting on deal economics, pricing realization, discount trends, and margin performance
- Translate deal-level financial data into clear business narratives and recommendations for the CRO, CFO, and executive team
- Partner with the Revenue FP&A Lead on the unified revenue reporting layer; FP&A assembles, Deal Desk contributes deal economics and pricing realization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Revenue FP&A on unit economics modeling
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Solutions Architecture on complex deal structuring
- Partner with Legal on contract terms, commercial protections, and risk allocation

Preferred Profile
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with evolving processes and cross-functional ambiguity
