Management Trainee:Business Operations
We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Management Trainee – Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and business teams to analyze campaign performance, build reports and dashboards, track key business metrics, and generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who enjoy solving business problems using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaigns and business performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel, Google Sheets.
- Monitor and report on key marketing and business KPIs.
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support campaign planning and optimization through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in automating reports and streamlining data workflows.
- Support strategic business initiatives through research, data analysis, and performance reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or other leading engineering institutes (preferred).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical aptitude.
