As a key member of the Electronic Chemicals leadership team, Business Operations will act as the business-operations and execution partner to the head of the business, helping to run the EC business end to end. In a fast-scaling, new, and dynamic business this role brings structure, rigour and pace - translating strategy into executable plans, project-managing the build-out, coordinating delivery across functions and external consultants, and running the operating cadence that support decision-making. The biz-ops position works closely with the business lead and interfaces across R&D, Technology Transfer (TT), Business Development (BD), Finance, Operations, Corporate and external consultants to ensure aligned, timely and high-quality execution as the business scales.
