Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends to drive revenue growth within the enterprise customer segment.
· Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
· Sales Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, forecast sales targets, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
· Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training, tools, and resources to empower sales teams to effectively engage with enterprise customers and drive revenue.
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
· Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the sales forecasting and budgeting process, working closely with finance and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
· Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
· Sales Compensation and Incentives: Design and manage sales compensation plans and incentive programs to motivate and reward sales teams for achieving targets and driving revenue growth within the enterprise customer segment.
Requirements:
- Continuously Review sales workflows and processes, locating certain tasks that technologies can simplify or automate.
- Analyze data on team and individual performances, determining who is meeting goals and offering suggestions to sales leaders on compensation plans.
- Meet with sales managers, vice president of Enterprise sales, VP of Channel, director of sales and other executives to discuss sales team’s progress and projections.
- Explain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, automation tools and other technologies to sales team members.
- Bachelor’s degree
