Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing sales management, channel management, deal execution, partner & client onboarding and success. This individual will collaborate closely with the partners, sales, marketing, and other teams to drive efficiency, meeting goals, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless experience for our partners and clients.
Challenges You will Tackle:
· Oversee and manage deals related to sales and business development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
· Develop and implement processes for effective client and partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and Support. Work closely with the partners and sales team to understand customer needs and expectations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
· Mange Sales Operations by monitoring sales activities, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis. Develop and maintain sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
· Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Analyze and report on dashboards to communicate insights to key stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making.
· Develop training programs and resources to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or project management
