Job Description:
- Provide support to the Sales Teams on a nationwide basis, offering guidance and assistance.
- Communicate with the Sales Team via phone and email, serving as a liaison between Operations and Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Team Leaders to manage account allocations effectively.
- Provide guidance and expertise in CRM processes and data management to the Sales Team.
- Check product availability with Operations and follow up as necessary.
- Gather additional information needed from clients for Operations to coordinate delivery and pick-ups.
- Maintain, update, and organize client records and interactions in CRM.
- Regularly communicate with Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers to review client orders, monitor project status and creating reports for upper management summarizing these updates.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products and provide expertise to the Sales Team.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Process data quickly, find answers, and respond professionally and promptly.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or 1-2 years of Administrative or Sales Support experience.
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM). Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional time and task management; Ability to collaborate across multiple verticals and individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming license.
