Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage revenue operations processes from lead generation to customer
acquisition and retention.
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a
seamless customer experience and alignment of efforts.
● Utilize data and analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and
drive continuous improvement in revenue generation.
● Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales funnel and operational
metrics.
● Provide analytical thought leadership for go-to-market plans, sales strategies, and
marketing activities.
● Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead
management and database management.
● Oversee the administration and operation of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
and actionable reporting.
● Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify
opportunities for growth.
● Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business strategies and
revenue growth.
● Facilitate sales enablement by providing tools and training to the sales team on
CRM and other systems.
● Forecast revenue and build customer health dashboards to communicate business
goals and performance.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
within the fintech industry.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
● Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in
data analysis tools.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable
insights.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as
independently.
● Experience in financial modeling, revenue modeling, and reporting.
● Familiarity with marketing automation software and sales enablement tools.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
PreferredSkills
● Experience with data management and reporting, and proficiency in Microsoft
Excel.
● Knowledge of software tool proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
