Position Overview
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our global sales teams across three business units. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric leader with a high-energy approach, capable of driving value and managing stakeholder relationships effectively on a global scale.

Performance Metrics
- Design and monitor key performance indicators for data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration

Trend Analysis

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in semiconductor and photonics industries or related fields.
- Ability to lead and inspire large global teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
