Due to retirement, Applied Control Equipment, an Emerson Impact Partner and leading automation and controls provider, is seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Manager to join the team at their Bothell, WA facility.

Minimum qualifications:
· 5 years of people management, preferably in manufacturing.
· Sales background.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
· Models and supports Applied Control’s Vision, Core Values, and Objectives.
· Establishes and manages account coverage guidelines to balance workflow, maximize the strengths of direct reports, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
· Demonstrates ability to build high morale and group commitment of Final Control team members to company goals and objectives.
· Exhibits interest and understanding of Applied Control’s customers and markets.
· Conducts regular cadence and performance appraisal meetings to support personal development and growth of direct reports.
· Participates in the hiring and onboarding of new employees including recruiting, interviewing and implementing technical / sales training programs.
· Assists in managing relationships with Applied Control’s principal manufacturers including submitting regular reports and supporting annual review meetings.
· Assists in developing and implementing programs to support Applied Control’s and principal manufacturers’ business initiatives.
· Develops and refines tools and work practices to ensure delivery of clean orders and instructions to the shop and warehouse.

· Monitors and manages inventory to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient use of company capital.
