We are currently looking for a full-time Country Sales and Operations Manager to join our team.
About the role
Your duties will include:
Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs and preferences of Spanish-speaking international students in Australia.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and student demographics to identify opportunities for business expansion and product development within the Spanish-speaking community / Utilize data analytics and sales metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders to foster sales opportunities and maximize market penetration.
- Implement efficient sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management, to optimize sales performance and productivity.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the international education sector, particularly within the Spanish-speaking market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate sales performance, strategies, and recommendations.
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including student support services, accommodation arrangements, visa assistance, and cultural integration programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to students.
- Implement systems and technologies to streamline processes, improve workflow, and enhance the overall student experience.
About you
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. Equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years) may substitute for the formal qualification.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a managerial sales position.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish)
- A team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in compiling, analysing, and reporting on sales data.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behaviour, and market trends.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to management.
Expected salary: $80,000 to $90,000
