About The Role
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of Activatr's day-to-day operations. From supporting customer deployments to coordinating with agents and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure seamless execution across the business. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Support customer onboarding and operational execution
- Coordinate with operating teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Track projects, timelines, and operational KPIs
- Prepare reports and maintain business documentation
- Identify process improvements and help automate repetitive workflows
- Support team with operational and strategic initiatives
We're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Business Support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus
