Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing Non-Profit on a CFO position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the non-profit industry, strong staff management experience, and experience supporting software/ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations for the organization.
- Enforce all financial policies and controls.
- Own financial reporting systems.
- Oversee budgeting & forecasting processes.
- Own GL workflows.
- Report and present financial strategies to other executive team members.
- Oversee accounting/finance staff.
- Support software implementation and seek out opportunities for further automations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters and CPA is nice to have.
- Non-Profit industry experience.
- Previous experience owning financial operations.
- Strong staff management experience.
- Tech savvy and previous experience implementing software.
- Strong presentation skills.
