The Opportunity
Michelin Connected Fleet, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing, driving and implementing sales operations initiatives for the North American market. In this role you’ll drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s sales efforts in a collaborative matrixed environment to help consistently overachieve on the businesses top line revenue goals and support business strategies and objectives.
What You’ll Do
- In accordance with company strategy and business plan, establish individual and team sales targets.
- Provide accurate, real-time reporting including visibility of individual and team performance (current performance compared to expected results).
- Help sales leaders and representatives make data-driven decisions to drive revenue.
- Gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the sales forecasting process.
- Oversee the sales commission program.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Manage internal sales tools and processes for increased user adoption in coordination with sales training.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve and optimize tools, processes and methods, and share best practices.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team.
- Provide input for the business plan annually.
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goal.
- Measure the productivity and impact of plan performance and sales activities, report out routinely on performance vs. targets to management with actionable insights to improve performance and sales behaviors.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities or potential issues that require resolution.
- In coordination with the CRM team, drive and manage CRM initiatives and priorities for maximum effectiveness across teams.
- Develop formal plan documentation and process.
- Establish and manage communication workflow for the sales teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for all sales personnel and facilitate cross-departmental communication
- Manage daily customer standup meetings and the appropriate related documentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage recurring sales team meetings.
- Represent sales and customer needs and requirements on cross-functional teams and projects.
- Responsible for intake of sales requests into the program management project portfolio.
- Support and drive consistent deployment of plans and company initiatives in a timely manner.
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key executive team members.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of work experience
- Experience working with senior and executive leadership
- Advanced analysis skills: expertise working with large and unstructured data sets and building complex models. Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools is a requirement,
- Significant experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce reporting
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
- Advanced decision-making skills, including ability to be proactive and adapt quickly
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast paced, cross regional, diverse, and dynamic work environment • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Must reside in Atlanta area
