Assist with sales incentive compensation administrative tasks including:
Sales roster management, documentation of exceptions, tracking leaves of absence, managing territory coverage process.
Partnership with 3rd part vendor (IQVIA) for US sales incentive processing
Calculations of monthly and quarterly sales compensation
Sales data aggregation and data validation
Manage 2024 sales incentive calendar and cadence of tasks
Support HCP-add and data change requests. Data entry.
Manage requests from the sales organization to add HCPs into CRM
Manage requests from the sales organization to change and update HCP information in CRM
(NICE TO HAVE) Create reports and analysis that showcase sales incentive metrics:
Total spend, earnings vs. target, sales goal attainment vs. earnings, etc.
Required Skills
Microsoft Excel – 3 Years minimum
HIGHLY DETAIL ORIENTED, Conscientious
CRM – 1 Year minimum (some familiarity) + Understanding of sales compensation process and calculation
Data/Financial Analysis and reporting – 3 Years minimum
