CarOffer fully became part of the CarGurus (NASDAQ: CARG) family in 2023, and is an industry leader in the digital wholesale marketplace. We are automating a dealer’s ability to buy, sell, and trade cars. By bringing these two companies together, we are giving consumers and dealers alike the power to reach their destination through a full suite of digital transaction platforms. With ~14,000 dealerships in the CarOffer network, we make it easy for our dealer customers to automate inventory, connect with the right buyers, and ultimately grow their profitability.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Addison, TX office.
Role Overview
The CarOffer Revenue Operations team is looking for a
Manager, Systems and Tools (CRM) to support the growing sales organization and driving system and tool efficiency to support growing sales activities. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, manage numerous tasks and projects concurrently, and be familiar with Hubspot in a very fast-paced organization.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the administration and optimization of CarOffer's CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to support the needs of the sales organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems and tools, such as marketing automation, finance, and customer support platforms.
- Streamline workflows and data exchange processes to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams and other CRM users to ensure proficiency in system usage and best practices.
- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on CRM-related tasks and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.
- Streamline sales processes, data entry procedures, and reporting mechanisms to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Generate and analyze CRM data to extract insights and trends relevant to sales performance, customer behavior, and pipeline management.
- Prepare and distribute reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Stay informed about CRM updates, new features, and industry best practices. Evaluate and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations to meet evolving business requirements and user needs.
Deal Desk
- Manage a team of 3 deal-desk analysts in support of daily sales requests
- Deal review for completeness and compliance in accordance to bookings policy and approval rules
- Partner with Order Management team in Finance to reconcile weekly / monthly bookings results
- Oversee the responsibilities of deal desk team, ensure optimal performance output, and provide coaching and training as appropriate
- Ability to identify quote-to-cash process bottlenecks and drive process-improvement changes
SFDC Administration
- Ownership of non-development SFDC administration which includes user provisioning and deprovisioning, price book management, roles and profiles, data governance, backup and restoration, sales process flows, etc.
- In partnership with developer team, ensure SFDC functionality and architectural changes are deployed effectively including communication cadence, documentation, and sales training
Sales Tech Stack
- Ongoing assessment of productivity solutions to solve for sales process bottlenecks
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Liaise with sales leadership and developer team for end-to-end process of selection, implementation, adoption, etc.
Sales Ops Wiki
- Maintain important updates to the wiki such as sales handbook / playbooks, training materials, policies and procedures, process flowcharts, etc.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, system management, or a similar role, preferably with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems and tools, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and user experience.
