The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to spearhead our Sales and Revenue Operation teams. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our company and make a significant difference worldwide.
Your Role
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Your innovative strategies and insights will be crucial in optimizing our revenue streams and driving our growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to revenue-generating teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
- Evaluate existing processes and offer recommendations for enhancement.
- Produce insightful reports on key metrics and risks to guide decision-making.
- Enhance sales processes and tools to boost productivity and drive success.
- Develop strategies for territory management, team structure, and compensation.
- Supervise the setup and upkeep of Salesforce and other operational tools.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of sales operations or revenue operations experience, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with over 5 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Sound understanding of revenue operations and B2B SaaS methodologies.
- Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
