Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Operations Specialist at Modern World Business Solutions. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing sales data, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team. This role is primarily located in Abbots Ripton with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and provide value-added forward-looking insights (month, quarter, year)
- Understand and be able to articulate the customer journey from lead to Live Customer
- Instil good pipeline hygiene and feedback on operational changes where needed
- Drive improvements to the CRM system
- Embed yourself in the business and build relationships with the wider network (Operations Finance, On-boarding, Technology)
- Champion and support the rollout of sales tools and empower leaders to self-serve
- Works with leaders to create CRM reports, dynamic dashboards, and metrics for the management team to increase visibility and accountability into sales performance and operations
- Take ownership of recurring processes, automating wherever possible
- Administer the CRM system as well as other proprietary systems
- Constantly looking for improvements to existing processes

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent with MS Excel
- Experience in Sales
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data
- Knowledge of merchant services is a plus
