Title Go-To-Market Lead
Location London, hybrid
Compensation £60,000-£80,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus equity
Contract Permanent, full time
Company
Polari Labs is a London-based startup pushing the frontier of sexual health innovation and building the world's first platform for anorectal health and pleasure. Our first product, A-BALL, is the first-of-its-kind alternative to douching, designed to make preparation for anorectal intercourse spontaneous and hassle-free. By rethinking a routine that has seen little meaningful innovation, we're creating an entirely new product category.
Following our successful Kickstarter campaign (over $500k raised and more than 140,000 units ordered), we're preparing for our first commercial launch and international expansion. We're looking for an experienced Go-To-Market Lead to own our commercial strategy and turn strong consumer demand into a scalable, repeatable business.
This is a highly strategic but hands-on role. You'll define how A-BALL reaches customers, build the commercial engine behind the business, and work closely with leadership to prepare Polari Labs for rapid growth.
Role
You'll lead Polari's commercial strategy across direct-to-consumer, retail and distribution channels. You'll be responsible for defining where we sell, how we sell, who we partner with and how we scale internationally.
Success isn't measured by presentations or strategies that sit on a shelf, it's measured by a successful A-BALL launch, commercial partnerships, sustainable revenue growth and building a scalable go-to-market function that supports the company's long-term ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Polari's overall go-to-market strategy.
- Define the commercial launch plan for A-BALL across UK and international markets.
- Build and execute retail, wholesale and distributor strategies.
- Identify, evaluate and negotiate commercial partnerships.
- Develop channel strategies across direct-to-consumer, retail, pharmacy, marketplaces and distributors.
- Own commercial pricing strategy and product positioning.
- Develop revenue forecasts and commercial growth plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and support international expansion.
- Run the marketing team to ensure acquisition strategies align with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to ensure commercial readiness.
- Build sales processes, commercial reporting and performance metrics.
- Support fundraising by providing commercial insights, forecasts and market strategy.
- Establish scalable commercial processes that can grow with the business.
How is success measured?
- Successful commercial launch of A-BALL.
- Revenue targets achieved across priority sales channels.
- Strategic retail, wholesale and distribution partnerships secured.
- Sustainable customer acquisition across multiple channels.
- Commercial forecasts consistently supporting company planning.
- International expansion opportunities identified and executed.
- A scalable go-to-market function established to support future product launches.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and product teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building commercial capability from the ground up.
- Comfortable communicating about anorectal health.

- Existing network of retail buyers, distributors or commercial partners.
- Experience scaling businesses following crowdfunding or early product launches.
