You will support a large global technology company during a divestiture period.
The Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the deal approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing strategic insights to support sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the deal desk process, including reviewing and approving sales proposals and contracts.
- Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and guidelines, including pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to facilitate deal approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide pricing guidance and support to the sales team, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
- Analyze deal structures and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of deal desk processes and policies.
- Generate regular reports on deal performance, pipeline metrics, and other key sales data.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for sales team members on deal desk processes and best practices.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
