We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support revenue growth by driving operational efficiency across our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work proactively to create the conditions for our go-to-market team that will drive increased revenue growth through the implementation of process, data and tools. You will work at a strategic level to identify opportunities that will improve operations across functions and work at a tactical level, optimising the systems and tools in place to accurately measure go-to-market success.

What you’ll do
- Play a key role as a strategic advisor in the development of our annual growth planning and long-range plan
- Work with Marketing to define our go-to-market motion and work with People and Finance to determine headcount and future investment needs.
- Drive improvements to reporting on sales quota attainment, pipeline through each stage of the funnel, and sales forecasting.
- Deliver analytics and insights to revenue and finance leadership that measures key performance indicators.
- Own the sales compensation strategy and process. Establish and update current sales compensation programs, policies, and procedures to drive and incentivize the right behaviours.
- Support Customer Success with renewals and deal strategy.
- Provide analytics and support the process to review account plans to retain and grow our customer base.
- Optimise the go-to-market technology stack, analysing current tool utilisation and data integrity while recommending changes that will help improve operational efficiency.
- Using your experience as a Salesforce Administrator, help bridge technical gaps between stakeholders.
- Play a key role in the management, updates and integrations of the Salesforce platform and wider ecosystem of integrated applications in our technology stack.
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a must. Strong technical ability with a understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Previous RevOps experience and Saas experience.
- The ability to analyse data from sales and revenue is essential for optimising processes, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support.
- Problem-Solving and critical thinking with the ability to identify inefficiencies in sales processes, drive continuous improvement and maximise revenue generation.
