Job Description
Sage Intacct in the US is the tip of Sage’s strategic spear as we look to grow the company by knocking down barriers for our customers. The RevOps team supporting this business unit and its multi-channel GTM approach is the cream of the crop; a crew of high skill professionals versed in all facets of GTM operations across the entire customer lifecycle. As the Intacct business unit continues its growth trajectory in the US, we need to scale the support structure around it.
The RevOps Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support during annual planning processes, including budgeting and target-setting.
- Evaluate QDC and SQO performance and forecasts, building / adjusting models and providing commentary on the underlying drivers impacting actuals and forecast changes.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable strategies, driving enhanced sales performance and measurable results.
- Drive AI adoption into existing workflows to increase velocity and depth of insight delivery (from existing tools, in conjunction with our AI data team, and through your own experimentation).
- Be looking for ways to improve and implement scalable processes to support the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to retention.
- Collaborate with business managers to gather potential incremental revenue opportunities (marketing, product management, and others as required).
- Collaborate with the Quota & Commission team on sales colleagues’ compensation plans; ensuring hiring and capacity plans are aligned, and adjusting compensation targets as required.
- Crosstrain and knowledge share with other Analysts in the RevOps team.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company
- In-depth expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Proficiency in using PowerBI, Tableau (or similar) for data analysis and reporting
- Advanced excel skills
- Demonstrable use of AI to improve workflows and / or drive business insight
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and sales leaders to understand current strategy and initiatives, create execution plans, and monitor performance.
