𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: The CRO will lead their revenue generation strategy and execution. The role will be accountable for managing an effective Sales & Marketing team to achieve set goals, tightly aligned with revenue objectives
The CRO must have previous experience managing the entire sales and marketing process from end-to-end, taking full responsibility for sales and marketing initiatives and activities to acquire and expand their customer base. The ideal candidate has experience in building systems of growth in mid-stage companies and ramping them up, preferably with specific experience in selling software solutions to financial institutions.
The role will closely collaborate with product, development, and finance in a Fintech environment. The suitable candidate must have experience managing the marketing and sales funnel to drive qualified opportunities to conversion.

- 15+ years of successful B2B revenue/sales leadership with experience scaling and managing all aspects of the P&L
