Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Indianapolis, IN or Fremont, CA (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a privately held, growth-focused company specializing in supply chain, contract manufacturing, and fulfillment services to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive leadership role is ideal for a finance leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach and has successfully led finance within operationally complex manufacturing or distribution environments

Responsibiliti
- esDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy, annual budget, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objective
- s.Lead and develop the Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax functions while building a high-performing finance organizatio
- n.Oversee monthly financial close, GAAP financial reporting, consolidations, and financial operations across multiple U.S. and international entitie
- s.Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, inventory, receivables, payables, and customer credit strategie
- s.Own banking relationships, including negotiating and managing credit facilities, debt agreements, treasury services, and covenant complianc
- e.Partner with operations and supply chain leadership to improve manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution center financial performanc
- e.Support commercial teams with pricing strategy, contract reviews, customer profitability analysis, and margin improvemen
- t.Evaluate capital investments, automation, equipment, and facility projects using financial analysis, ROI, and NPV methodologie
- s.Lead internal controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, tax compliance, and GAAP adherenc

Required Qualificati
- onsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipli
- ne.CPA and/or MBA preferr
- ed.10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including experience as a Chief Financial Officer, VP Finance, Divisional CFO, or equivalent senior finance executi
- ve.Strong experience supporting manufacturing, contract manufacturing, distribution, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain-intensive business
- es.Demonstrated experience leading finance across multi-site and international operatio
- ns.Proven experience managing institutional banking relationships, debt facilities, treasury, and working capit
- al.Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and internal contro
