This is a hands-on executive leadership role for someone who has successfully led finance within a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment and is comfortable operating across both strategic planning and day-to-day financial operation

DoLead the company's overall financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planni
ng.Oversee Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and financial reporting functio
ns.Ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting, monthly close, and multi-entity consolidatio
ns.Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, inventory, receivables, and payabl
es.Build and maintain banking relationships, including managing credit facilities and debt covenan
ts.Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve profitability and operational performan
ce.Support customer pricing, contract reviews, and profitability analys

Required Qualificat

ionsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fi
eld.CPA and/or MBA strongly prefer
red.10+ years of progressive finance leadership experie
nce.Prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Divisional Finance Leader, or equivalent executive finance r
ole.Strong background supporting manufacturing, contract manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operati
ons.Experience managing multi-site and international finance operati
ons.Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial planning, treasury, and financial model
ing.Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capi
tal.Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams to drive business performa
nce.Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environm
