Responsibilities
- Order Processing and Management: Handling order entries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring that all sales orders are completed accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Support: Assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders or service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer information, and inventory levels. This involves using databases and sales management software to keep track of important information.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and managing sales reports and documents that detail sales activities, performance, and outcomes. This helps in tracking progress against sales targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels and working with supply chain operations to ensure that the sales team has adequate product availability to meet customer demands.
- Communications Coordination: Facilitating communication within the sales team and across other departments, ensuring that important information is disseminated effectively.
- Scheduling and Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for sales representatives.
- Support with Sales Campaigns and Promotions: Assisting in the implementation and administration of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- CRM Management: Overseeing the use and functionality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure that the sales team can effectively track interactions with clients and manage sales pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certificate - engineering, mechanical, electrical or similar.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, ERP and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous sales experience big plus.
