Sales Operations Manager
£60,000 – £70,000
Central London – 2x per week
We are representing a B2B professional services business who are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join a central team in a brand-new role. The role will report into the Director of Operations, and MD of this business unit, while liaising closely with the Data team and Sales Consultants.
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will provide a mixture of marketing, data, and business development support to this business unit. You will analyse and hunt for insights within CRM data to shape a marketing and business development strategy for consultants. You will then work with Sales Operations teams on active targeted outreach to support Sales Consultants in their business development.
This a unique role where we can consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including Marketing Operations (MarkOps), Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Insight Analytics/Insight Management. Expect to work across multiple industries within the UK market.
We Are Looking For
- Strong CRM experience – ideally in Salesforce
- Professional Services or Consultancy experience
- A motivated, driven individual with excellent communication skills
- A sales mindset
It Would Be a Bonus If You Had
- Marketing automation experience – Pardot or Marketo
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel
