Prerequisites
- Ability to work full time at our facility headquarters (Lutz, FL)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role with at least 2+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies/methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work and effectively communicate at the executive level, reporting directly to the Board and being part of the executive team, also communicating externally with executive-level customers
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Working knowledge of various Sales Force, G-Suite, and/or QuickBooks
- Strong working knowledge of third-party medical devices, competitive products, and the industry landscape
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales teams and maintain sales operations
- Assist in quarterly and annual sales strategy regarding goals, KPIs, and metrics.
- Takes ownership of the full end-to-end sales cycle for new business transactions
- Manage CRM data and provide important analytical insights and initiatives
- Assisting in the development of the regional penetration strategy
- Execution of the annual sales plan and strategic initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
- Provide detailed sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align efforts
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to executive management
Compensation:
$70,000 Base Salary with SIP (sales incentive plan), 401K Match, and Fully Stipened Medical/Wellness Package
