Job Responsibilities :
- The Specialist, Sales Operations (Sales Operations Executive, m/f) plays a vital role in optimizing sales processes and driving business growth through insightful data analysis. With a focus on coordinating data collection, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing user-friendly tools, this role contributes to informed decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive problem-solving approach, strong proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, fluency in German and English, along with a passion for gaming, are advantageous in this dynamic and collaborative environment.Manage and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and invoice generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and customer support to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Pre-Requisites :
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
