About The Role
The role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and systems, owning the operational engine that drives revenue growth and pipeline visibility.
The team relies on this position to architect clean data flows, optimize CRM workflows, and deliver actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, maintain, and optimize CRM and revenue tech stack infrastructure including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated data pipelines
- Define, track, and forecast core revenue metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates across the entire customer lifecycle
- Partner with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to design territory structures, quota models, and compensation plans
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and BI reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL to surface pipeline bottlenecks
- Audit data integrity regularly, implementing validation rules and enrichment processes to ensure pristine data quality
- Manage cross-functional projects to roll out new sales tooling, pricing models, and operational workflows
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a high-growth technology environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration (CPG, forecasting, and flow automation) and SQL
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex BI dashboards and analyzing large go-to-market datasets
- Strong cross-functional communicator capable of translating technical requirements into business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with RevOps tooling such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or Clari, and Python scripting for data automation
