Our client, a life sciences startup, is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to build the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that power their go-to-market motion. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on structuring ambiguous problems and turning them into scalable, revenue-driving processes — working directly alongside the founding team.
What You'll Do
- Map the GTM motion end to end, identify the highest-leverage gaps, and own the roadmap for closing them
- Build systems that fill the pipeline: automated content creation, market trend tracking, targeted outbound prospecting, and personalized re-engagement
- Sharpen who the company sells to and how — qualifying and routing inbound leads, and segmenting customers to improve sales personalization
- Help sellers close more deals through meeting cycle automation, deal-specific intelligence, and proactive flagging of stalled, at-risk, or expansion-ready deals
- Own customer pipeline data, unifying customers, deals, and revenue into a single source of truth to surface opportunities and accelerate close timelines
- Measure performance across outbound campaigns, inbound leads, and other channels, feeding insights back into the GTM motion
- Deploy cutting-edge AI tooling to build operational solutions alongside co-founders — freeing sellers to spend more time selling and close significantly more
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy, with a track record of structuring difficult problems and driving them to resolution
- Demonstrated success designing end-to-end business workflows that measurably improved commercial outcomes
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, data-scarce environments
- CRM and pipeline management proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong data analysis skills and experience building reporting dashboards
- Fluency with — or strong eagerness to learn — modern AI and automation tooling
- High agency: self-directs, proposes solutions without prompting, and executes with a bias toward fast iteration over perfection
- Clear, concise written and verbal communicator with sharp commercial judgment
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Preferred
- Experience in GTM, revenue operations, or sales enablement
- Background in CPG, biotech, or health industries
- Experience building automated workflows for sales or marketing
