About the Role
As a Transaction Coordinator on the Mid-Market Commercial team, you'll own the quote-to-cash workflow for a high-velocity sales segment supporting numerous enterprise deals each month. You'll be the primary point of ownership for the operational side of transactions, including building quotes, managing order forms and agreements through contract systems and e-signature platforms, coordinating trial and provisioning requests, and resolving billing and contract questions that can otherwise interrupt Account Executives.
This role is designed to improve deal velocity, reduce operational friction, and give Account Executives more time to focus on selling. You'll support sales teams across multiple verticals, working with customers ranging from mid-market to enterprise organizations. You'll also help document process gaps and edge cases to create more efficient and repeatable workflows.
